What is the Bag Policy?
Bags will be searched upon entry to the venue.
Are Shoes required?
Bowling shoes are required on the lanes upon purchase of package or lane rentals.
What are your Terms and Conditions?

How do I Check in?
Please make sure to bring the credit card and a legal ID that the reservation was made with when you check in (names must match on ID and reservation).
Are IDs Required?
We require a physical, valid, scannable US Government issued ID or foreign passport for admission (expired IDs will NOT be accepted!) If you are traveling, please be prepared to show a physical passport for entry (Photocopies and Photographs of IDs are NOT accepted).
What activities do you have?
We have a range of activities, including bowling, ping pong, billiards, karaoke, augmented (AR) darts, vintage gaming consoles, giant game boards and more. Check our activities page for a detailed list of activities.
How do I book?
Call 212.268.6909 or email: sales@framesnyc.com for a dedicated staff to help. Always book for your confirmed head count as you can always increase but cannot decrease the size of your party.
Can We split Event Packages?
No, everyone at your party must book the same package, even if the guest is not bowling.
Refund Policy
We do not offer any refunds. Late Parties do not get refunded for lost bowling time.
When is the best time For 2’s (2 Guests)?
Sunday and Monday - anytime.
Tuesday and Wednesday - after 8pm.
Is your venue kid friendly?
We are 21+ after 8pm Fridays - Sundays. We are open to all ages Mondays - Thursdays at any time.
Can I just walk-in?
All of our games are first come, first serve. We strongly recommend reserving ahead. However, feel free to call or email ahead of time to ensure your wait time isn’t long as availability is very limited.
Can we bring in food or drinks?
No outside food or beverages allowed. If you are kosher please reach out to notify staff ahead of time.
Are pets allowed?
No pets allowed unless they are certified service animals.

Is parking available at your venue?
We are easily accessible by public transportation. There is street level parking in the area however we strongly advise for public transportation. Even though we are located at Port authority we are not affiliated with any parking garages or space.
Menu FAQs
Do you have any vegetarian options?
Yes, several items on our menu can be customized to be vegetarian. Please notify your server when you arrive or with your sales representative to make a note in your reservation.
Do you have gluten-friendly options?
Some items may use the same fryers. Please notify your server when you arrive or your sales representative for suggestions.

Yes, several items on our menu can be customized to be vegan. Please notify your server when you arrive or with your sales representative to make a note in your reservation.
Can I bring my own food?
We do not permit outside food unless it pertains to a dietary restriction such as allergies, The only exception is kosher food that will have an additional cost per person. Birthday and other such celebrations may bring in a cake for the event at no additional cost.
PLEASE NOTE:
Products containing allergens and gluten are stored in this kitchen. Please be aware that there may be a chance of cross-contact so we cannot guarantee these products for those with a food allergy or celiac disease. Guests are advised to consider this information as it relates to their individual dietary needs and requirements. Before placing your order, please inform your server if a person in your party has a food allergy.
Dress to Impress
Our suggested dress code is upscale casual. All outside bags are subject to search, and wrapped gifts will unfortunately not be allowed in the venue unless they can be opened by security.
Please arrive early to allow ample time for gathering shoes and settling into your lanes.
Late parties will not get refunded for lost bowling time.
1 Hour Bowling = 55 minutes of play.
Pre-Booked lanes cannot be cancelled or refunded.
We are 21+ after 8pm Friday, Saturday & Sunday, even if accompanied by an adult.
A valid physical photo identification must be provided by all individuals. (photocopies and photographs are not accepted)
There are no age restrictions on MONDAY-THURSDAY nights.

To deter against fraudulent activity, all credit card transactions are now linked to the NYPD cyber crimes unit. Anyone caught attempting to use or in the possession of a stolen or fake Credit/Debit card will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, by Order of the NYPD.
